Helping pack boxes at our previous home ... Two and a half weeks ago was moving day. Initially, we envisioned moving day being in May, October, or - worst case scenario - the following spring.. God, however, far exceeded our prayers and our house sold within roughly a week! One problem - the inside of our country house was completely gutted at the point when our purchase agreement was signed (wait ... the upstairs still needed to be demo'd)! I am so greatful for hubby's strong work ethic and optimism during this stretch of our project, as well as for many helping hands (our dads, brothers/brothers-in-law, and friends)! What would we do without such loving and self-sacrificing families? It's bittersweet, but, if there is anything that we have learned from moving 7 times (yeah - we're nuts!) is that we can be happy anywhere.. Here is a glimpse of what our first two weeks have been like ... a little bit like glorified camping! More pictures to come of the outside and inside of our house, but I need to find the battery charger for our camera ... and I think it's in storage ... oh no!
